Haugh
Haugh was captured in the winter of 2023.
It shows the view from Hexham Bridge on a freezing December afternoon, looking East towards Corbridge, with the snake of the River Tyne as it heads to the hills and woodlands around Dipton before meandering out of sight. A hoar frost had developed over the course of the morning, and although subsiding, each branch of each tree still seemed white to the tip. A slight haze floated down the Tyne Valley.
